What is CollabWORK?

Welcome to CollabWORK! We're excited to have you join our network of professional communities. By partnering with us, you can help your members find great job opportunities while also earning revenue for your community.

CollabWORK is a unique hiring platform that partners with email newsletters and online professional communities that connect on platforms such as Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, Circle, and more. Our mission is to connect companies with engaged professionals through these communities, providing exclusive job opportunities that are often not available on traditional job boards.


View and Share Jobs

As a community user, you have access to all the job listings on the CollabWORK network:

  • View Jobs: Browse job listings that might interest your community members.
  • Share Jobs with Attribution: Click the "Copy Link with Attribution" button to generate a unique token that gives you credit for sharing the job. This helps track your community's engagement and potential revenue earnings.
  • Promote your Community or Newsletter: Add your group to Community Connect, our searchable database of amazing communities and newsletters that job-seekers may want to join.


Revenue Sharing

Start earning revenue by sharing job listings with your community:

  • Sign Revenue Sharing Agreement: To begin earning revenue, you must agree to CollabWORK's revenue sharing terms and sign a contract with us.
  • Book a Demo: Schedule a demo to learn more about the revenue sharing process and sign up.
  • Cost Per Click (CPC): Once you’ve agreed to the terms, the CPC will be displayed with every job. You earn revenue based on the unique clicks your shared job links generate.


Recommended Jobs

Leverage our algorithm to find the best job opportunities for your community:

  • Recommended Jobs Tab: Access a curated list of jobs recommended by our algorithm, tailored to your community's interests and preferences.
  • Save to Job Board: Save recommended jobs to a public job board that you can share with your audience or community members. Click the "Copy Shareable Job Board Link" to get credit for unique clicks on the job board.


Analytics Dashboard

Monitor your community's engagement and performance:

  • Overall Analytics: View a dashboard summarizing your community’s performance, including total clicks, shares, and revenue earned.
  • Job-Specific Analytics: Access detailed metrics for each job you’ve shared to see how many clicks and views each one received.
  • Performance Insights: Use these insights to optimize which jobs you share and how you engage your community members.


Manage Your Community

Customize your community settings and manage your team:

  • Settings Management: Update your community's profile, add or manage team members, and adjust your settings to fit your needs.
  • Invite Team Members: Grow your team by inviting more members to help manage job sharing and community engagement.
